Editor's note: Generally speaking, bars and pubs in the St. Louis area are at least "cigar tolerant" (meaning they will not object to your smoking one). Because of the general tolerance in the area, we will not attempt to list all of the nightspots where you could smoke a stogie in St. Louis--you may assume that you can light up. Actively "cigar friendly" bars (those with humidors) will be listed though, as will both tolerant and friendly restaurants.
