Perhaps it is both.  The explanation I obtained from Jerry, the owner, is that the shop used to be affiliated with the short-lived chain Smoker's Discount. The shop sells among other things, cigars!

The selection of the cigars is not bad.  The humidor is fairly well sized. Among the notable cigars of interest include Flor de Florez, La Gloria Cubana and El Rey Del Mundo.  While the prices leave something to be desired the owner is helpful enough. 

One of the nice things about the shop is the fact that it has a good amount of accessories at good prices.  While there is very little in the way of humidors, there are quite a few cases, cutters and ashtrays.  While I would not recommend buying in bulk here it is a nice place to pick up well-priced accessories as well as the occasional hard to find single.
